On the Pacific Rim Bernardo Chua is recognized as having one of the most successful direct sales marketing organizations. His company, Organo Gold, has over a million independent marketing agents. Over the past decade Chua has used that team to market nutritional coffees, teas and other edible products infused with ganoderma, a mushroom long prized for the health benefits it offers.
Although Chua is a native of the Philippines, his Chinese grandparents had taught him about the uses and benefits of ingesting the mushroom. He decided long ago he would tell as many people as he could about the plant.
According to ZoomInfo, Bernardo Chua got his opportunity to spread the word about ganoderma when he was hired by the Philippines based multi-level marketing company Gano Excel. The company sold ganoderma infused products. In a short period of time Chua played an integral role in the popularizing of Gano Excel products in Hong Kong, Canada and the U.S.
The company was so impressed with his work they encouraged him to move to California, become president of Gano Excel U.S.A. and introduce the brand to people all over the world. Chua did just that and in no time flat Gano Excel became an international phenomenon.
In 2008 Chua decide to start his own company. He called it Organo Gold. Using the extensive marketing network he had created, his company’s ganoderma infused products were soon a huge success in the lucrative North American market. Chua was one of the first people to introduce ganoderma to people living in the West. And he continues to work with some of the world’s best ganoderma farmers to ensure he has the highest quality mushrooms to use in his products. He believes the direct marketing model is the reason for the success of the Organo Gold products.
When Bernado Chua visits the Philippines these days, he’s treated like a rock star. The people are very proud of him. His company has won ‘Direct Sales Company of the Year’ 5 times as well as countless other awards and accolades. Chua is celebrated because he has brought honor to his country.
